Bristol Coronavirus
Posted 13/03/20

At Bristol Neurophysio we're keeping a close eye on the situation with the current Coronavirus.

Many of the people with whom we work are in the most vulnerable categories of the population and our approach needs to protect both clients and staff.

We already have a comprehensive infection control policy in place to which we will be adhering as always and we are keeping a close eye on government and NHS advice and following this in order to minimise the risk to our clients and team members.

In accordance with the latest advice, any of our therapists and support staff who develop symptoms of a fever and cough will be self-isolating for seven days.  We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause but it is the appropriate response in the circumstance.

We are also implementing the following approach for clients:-

- If we treat you in clinic and you have developed a new cough or fever then please stay at home and email or call us to rearrange your appointment.

- If we visit your home to provide therapy and you or another member of your household has developed a new cough or fever, please email or call us to rearrange your appointment.

We are reviewing our appointment cancellation policy to reflect this advice.

Please contact us for more information if you have any queries.

Some kind words

I have been using Bristol neurophysio for 7 years now since suffering a spinal injury resulting in tetraplegia & spending 4 years in hospital & then a care home before I was able to return home.
During my time back with Kirsty & her team's help I have been able to keep up a solid regime helping keep my tone down & strength up.
With their help I’ve been able to pursue an active lifestyle.
