Next summer Lynsay Mills, one of our Specialist Neurophysiotherapists, will be joining around 800 other swimmers on a 6 kilometre swim down the Avon Estuary to raise money for Level Water.
Level Water is a fantastic charity that provides free 1:1 swimming lessons for children with disabilities to give them the skills and confidence to be safe in the water and eventually attend mainstream swimming lessons and clubs if they wish to.
We wish Lynsay all the best with her (very chilly!) training over the next few months and we'll keep you updated on her progress.
